Eight strand braided cables have been widely used on ships, but the current situation is that once the cables are severely worn during berthing operations, crew members rarely have to re insert a pipa head to continue using them. Therefore, I have summarized some practical experience and will discuss it with everyone here! Firstly, measure the size of the pipa head and the position of the pen, mark it, and then divide the rope strands into four strands. Place groups 1 and 2 with consistent rubbing directions on the left side, and groups 3 and 4 with consistent rubbing directions on the other side. Press groups 1 and 2 onto the rope strands that are inserted in the same direction as groups 1 and 2, and thread them out at the same time. Then, press groups 3 and 4 onto the rope strands that are inserted in the same direction as groups 3 and 4, and thread them out at the same time. That is, insert the rope with consistent rubbing direction and insert the rope with the same direction into the same hole, thus completing the beginning. Turn the reverse pipa head 180 degrees and insert the first set of insertion ropes forward along the inserted rope below it. Repeat by inserting the third set of insertion ropes forward along the inserted rope below it, and repeat the same method for the second and fourth sets. At this point, after inserting one flower, continue to insert the second flower according to the above method, at least four flowers. After completion, wrap the rope head tightly with a tie or tape, cut it evenly, measure the size and position of the pipa head, and mark it. Then spread the rope strands into four strands, rub them together to form the same 1 and 2 groups, place them on the left side, rub them together to form the same 3 and 4 groups, and place them on the other side. The group is pressed onto the rope strands that are inserted in the same direction as the 1st and 2nd groups, and then the 3rd and 4th groups are pressed onto the rope strands that are inserted in the same direction as the 3rd and 4th groups, and are inserted simultaneously, That is to say, the insertion with consistent rubbing direction and the inserted rope with consistent insertion direction are threaded out of the same hole, thus completing the beginning. Rotate the reverse pipa head 180 degrees and insert the first set of insertion ropes forward along the inserted rope below it. Repeat the same process for the third set of insertion ropes forward along the inserted rope below it. Repeat the same process for the second and fourth sets.
