Horizontal safety net support method for scaffolding

(1) Using the method of supporting external wall window frames: Horizontal bar 1 is placed inside the upper window wall and securely tied to the inner crossbar of the safety net, horizontal bar 2 is placed outside the next window wall and securely tied to the diagonal bar of the safety net, and horizontal bar 3 is placed inside the wall and securely tied to horizontal bar 2. The spacing between the diagonal bars supporting the safety net should not exceed 4m

(2) Using steel suspension rods to install safety nets: For walls without windows, steel suspension rods can be used to install safety nets. Holes are reserved on the wall surface, and pins are inserted and wedged tightly with pins. The locking plate has a Ø 14 hole for hanging the suspension rod safety net. The steel suspension rod is made of Ø 12 steel bars, about 1.56m long, with a bent hook at the upper end and a hook welded on the back of the bent hook for hanging the safety net. The lower end is welded with a slanted rod movable hinge seat and a wall support foot. Near the upper end hook (hook), there is also a wall panel and a nylon rope hanging ring welded. The function of the wall panel is to ensure that the suspension rod does not undergo optional installation after being subjected to force. The spacing between suspension rods is generally 3-4 meters

(3) Large span safety net on the first floor: the large span safety net on the first floor can be set up by using the cedar slant support, or the net can be set at one side.
